Our Current Status:
Over the past two years, 52 Missoula area teens have participated in our after-school and weekend vocational automotive training program.  At the present time we are preparing for our spring 2009 semester.  Interest in the upcoming semester suggests that this will be the largest class to date.  In the past year we have given students the option to be involved with the program as they work upon senior projects.  This has allowed students the ability to address automotive based projects that would otherwise been unavailable to them or would require that they find the space and mentorship on their own.  We have recently started an internship program where our students spend eight weeks working and receiving instruction from local automotive-based businesses.  The internship program has been an unequivocal success, yielding valuable knowledge and in many cases offers for employment to our students.
